
Global Hub TA Operations Specialist

Overall Description:
In this role, you will support global Talent Acquisition teams by combining sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment coordination activities, with a strong focus on operational excellence and backend delivery. You will play an important role in ensuring efficient and consistent execution across recruitment processes, while supporting recruiters across multiple markets globally.
We are looking for a structured and service-minded team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will contribute to building high-quality talent pipelines, maintaining data accuracy across systems and tools, and supporting recruitment administration and coordination activities. By working closely with global recruiters, you help ensure scalable, efficient, and data-driven Talent Acquisition operations that support evolving hiring needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and map candidates globally using LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
•Pre-screen and assess candidate profiles against role requirements and prepare structured shortlists.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs globally.
•Support Talent Acquisition teams with job postings, candidate administration, and system updates in ATS and other platforms.
•Support internal stakeholders with recruitment-related administrative queries.
•Coordinate recruitment logistics across candidates, TA Partners, and hiring teams.
•Ensure data accuracy and compliance in ATS/CRM systems, including adherence to GDPR and internal policies.
•Maintain and update recruitment templates, documentation, and guidelines.
•Collect data, support reporting, and track recruitment activities and KPIs.
•Provide basic market insights and talent mapping to support sourcing activities.
•Collaborate with global TA teams to ensure efficient processes and high-quality delivery.
•Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement in global TA operations.

Location: Manila
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•Previous experience within recruitment, sourcing, administration, or HR is considered an advantage.
•Interest in candidate sourcing and engagement using LinkedIn, or similar tools.
•Comfortable working in digital systems and following structured processes with high attention to details.
•Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
•Service-minded, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills.
•Ability to handle data accurately and work in compliance with policies and regulations.
•Learning-oriented mindset with a willingness to develop within Talent Acquisition.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
