Manager - Subcontracts

The Lead / Manager - Subcontracts, will be responsible for managing the complete subcontracting lifecycle, including subcontract planning, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and work order issuance. Ensures cost-effective subcontract awards, compliance with contractual and legal requirements, and effective management of subcontractor performance and claims. Maintains subcontractor databases, market intelligence, and regulatory updates to support project and business objectives. Drives continuous improvement of subcontracting processes, procedures, and vendor relationships.
