Your Contribution
- Process and analyze customer orders, including pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery requirements.
- Plan and schedule production activities while monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify material availability, coordinate supplier orders, and monitor supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate planning and stock levels in line with company guidelines and ERP/SAP data.
- Manage customer communication regarding lead times, order follow-up, and reporting activities.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in production planning, customer service, supply chain, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
- Fluent English and Italian language skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
