Job Description
Provide insights on market data, customer lifecycle, trials, sales targets, and product positioning to senior leadership. Analyze market information to challenge sales policies and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure consistent use of Omnis360 for customer relationship management and segmentation updates. Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans aligned with corporate, regional, and global strategies. Lead business initiatives during pilot and launch phases, ensuring successful market entry. Negotiate effectively with key accounts and review strategic account plans annually or bi-annually. Motivate, coach, and manage business teams, set KPIs, hire/train new staff, and oversee compensation/benefits. Drive Sales Force Excellence by setting PeopleCloud objectives, conducting regular coaching, and leading workshops. Manage P L, gross margins, OPEX, sales forecasts, and establish sales policies to deliver revenue and profit targets. Maintain continuous communication with country, zone, and corporate leadership, fostering collaboration and knowledge.
