Job Description

The company
Memco is building the memory layer for AI agents. Agents today are stateless — they forget everything between sessions, can't learn from past interactions, and have no way to share context across tools or teams. Our product, Spark, fixes that. We've already demonstrated 42% performance improvements with shared memory, showing smaller models with Spark outperforming larger models without it.

We’re at seed stage - a small team (3), with active enterprise design partnerships and a growing pipeline of pilots. The technical foundations are strong — now we need the commercial engine to match.

The Role
This isn't a hire. It's a founding team seat.

We're looking for the person who completes the trio alongside our CEO (2x former startup founder - raising $120M+, and former Global Head of AI at a $320B asset manager) and CTO (former Amazon Alexa Lead Scientist). You'll own the entire commercial side of Memco — strategy through execution — and have genuine ownership of the company's trajectory.

You won't be "reporting in" and waiting for direction. You'll have a seat at the table from day one, shaping company strategy, influencing product decisions, and representing Memco to the market. In return, we expect you to be the person who wakes up thinking about pipeline, pilots, and revenue — so the rest of the team can focus on building the best product in the space.

We'll structure equity and compensation to reflect the seniority and commitment this role demands. If you're the right person, we want you to have real skin in the game.
