As Drilling Superintendent, you are responsible to implement procedures to drill wells as safely and economically as possible.
To succeed in this role, you should have minimum 10 years of experience in project drilling.

What you’ll do
We are looking for Drilling Superintendent to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
1. Responsible implement procedures to drill wells as safely and economically as possible. Work closely with the drilling contractor, service contractors, and compliance personnel at site as well as with geologists and other technical specialists.
2. Having drilling experience on geothermal well design and well construction (standard to large diameter size wellbore) on high temperature (>300C), corrosive and reactive clays environment. Experience with procurement, drilling supervision, well control and well reporting is desirable.
3. Responsible for managing the drilling campaign to meet schedule, budget, HSE and drilling performance targets including acting as primary interface for drilling operations with the Resource Team and contract management and resolution of issues between contractors.

5. Able demonstrate the capability to monitor the drilling process through comprehensive system such as Drilling process monitoring online software, online decision support centre system, or other supporting tools to ensure high response for any problems and finding during drilling process
6. Responsible for planning and executing operations that drill for steam / gas and well communicate with teams of geologists, drilling contractors, and other construction managers.
What you’ll have
1. Education: minimum Bachelor of Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years of work experience, 4 years in geothermal drilling projects.
3. Total Cumulative Professional Experiences as Sr. Drilling Engineer and/or Drilling Superintendent and/or Drilling Manager in Geothermal Industry: minimum 1 year.
4. Total Cumulative Professional Experiences as Drilling Supervisor: minimum 2 years.
5. Is being active working in a geothermal project for the past 12 months
6. Number of Geothermal Drilling Training/Course attended: minimum 3 courses/trainings.
7. Number of Different Geothermal Fields Involvement: minimum 4 geothermal fields.
8. Must have valid International Accredited Well Control Certificate
9. Number of International Conference Publications Relevant to Geothermal Drilling as main author: minimum 1 publication/paper.
10. Number of International Conference Publications Relevant to Geothermal Drilling as co-author: minimum 2 publications/papers.
11. Number of Stuck-Pipe Prevention Training attended: minimum 1 training.
12. Having basic safety knowledge, able to implement safety process and mitigate risk effectively in order ensure safety working properly. Actively ensure that all drilling operators under his/her control are conducted safely, and to high quality standards.
