Job Description

Position Summary:

OnSite Care is seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Sales Representative in the Phoenix metropolitan area to secure new workplace healthcare clinic contracts and serve as account manager in the defined territory. The ideal candidate will be driven to achieve OnSite Care’s growth goals, master OnSite’s complex sales cycle, thrive in our mission-driven culture, and have the ability to influence people at all levels. This position reports to the Business Development Officer.

Key Objectives

Generate New Business

  • Close new contracts for OnSite Care workplace clinics and services
  • Generate sales leads through networking, brokers, partners, phone calls, and events

Client Care

  • Develop client relationships and provide outstanding service in assigned accounts
  • Lead selling of new services and contract renewals to existing clients
  • Build partner relationships, including brokers, winning qualified referral leads

Core Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and manage a territory sales funnel, track and report progress, and close new contracts
  • Successfully deliver OnSite Client Care to standards, ensuring customer loyalty at assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with OnSite’s team, evaluating processes, and suggesting improvements and new solutions
  • Generate sales proposals and presentations based upon client needs
  • Compile responses to published RFP’s (as assigned) for workplace clinics and services
  • Travel as needed or as assigned to sales calls, trade shows, and client meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 – 10 years’ sales success track record in a B2B environment
  • Large account management and/or strategic selling experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare services and/or healthcare benefits
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, present, and influence people at all levels
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work quickly and adjust to new priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Be a self-starter, a problem-solver, a and creative thinker
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
