Operations Team Lead

The Operations Lead role is responsible for employee onboarding, safety trainings, facility upkeeping. This role will focus on administrative tasks, organization & communication across multiple departments. This lead position will follow established procedures to ensure the completion of trainings & documentation as required by management. Responsible for driving safety awareness & policy changes as instructed by upper management. Maintain flexibility to assist in other warehouse roles based on business needs.
