Job Description

  • Act as a front-line interface with US customers
  • Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
  • Work remote from anywhere inside Egypt after 6 Months
  • Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers.
  • Solve customer concerns.
  • Sell client products & offers.

  • 2 Days off per week
  • Rotational shifts.

  • Fluent in English C1 is a Must
  • Graduates, Dropouts are welcome to apply. 
  • Alexandria resident is a must.
  • Egyptian Nationality is a must.
  • Having ex. in Call Centre (English Account) is preferred.
  • Soft and communication skills.
