What You'll Do
- Inspect components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform testing and quality checks using various measuring and inspection tools.
- Identify defects and quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership teams.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
