Senior Process Engineer, Wet Etch

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Semiconductor Process Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in wet etch processes for advanced semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will specialize in the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of wet etch processes for GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) and InP (Indium Phosphide) substrates, supporting the fabrication of VCSELs (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers), photodiodes, and EML (Edge-Emitting Lasers). This role requires strong expertise in metrology techniques to ensure process control, yield improvement, and defect reduction in high-performance optoelectronic device manufacturing.
