Training Specialist

Bridgeview Eye Partners is looking for a Training Specialist who is energized by teaching, mentoring, and supporting team members in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in medical or Optometry who enjoys mentoring others and helping teams succeed. While optical training will be a primary focus, this position will also support and develop team members in Patient Services and Clinical Technician responsibilities, creating a well-rounded and collaborative learning experience across the organization.
