We are looking for a visionary and organized HR Department Leader to coordinate our company's operational human resources activity.
In this role, you will lead a team of specialists, manage relationships with authorities and executive management, and ensure that standards of ethics, compliance, and performance are reflected in every HR process.
Your Mission
💼 Operational Coordination & HR Administration
Full HR Management: Coordinate key processes: recruitment and selection, personnel administration, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
Legal Supervision: Serve as the ultimate authority responsible for hiring, contract amendments, and termination processes.
Procedures & Internal Regulations: Draft, update, and implement internal procedures, job descriptions, and the Internal Rules and Regulations (ROI).
Extended Labor Relations: Actively participate in the review and negotiation of the Collective Labor Agreement (CCM) and disciplinary investigation committees.
Relationship with Authorities: Coordinate the team in providing data for audits and maintain contact with state institutions (ITM, AJOFM, CAS, CASS, etc.).
📊 Strategy, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Payroll & Declarations: Supervise payroll calculations and ensure the accurate, timely submission of all official tax and labor declarations.
Data & Analytics: Generate specific reports, analyses, and statistics for company management, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality for sensitive data.
Process Innovation: Propose and implement measures to streamline HR activities and participate in the company's internal projects.
Digital Tools: Ensure the optimal functioning of software used in daily business across the organization (Google Drive, Workday, Charisma, etc.).
👥 Leadership & Team Management
Guidance and Motivation: Lead, organize, and delegate tasks to your team (8 HR specialists) to achieve annual objectives.
People Development: Implement 1-on-1 feedback sessions, mentoring, coaching, and the annual professional evaluation process for your team.
Administrative Management: Implement all administrative processes for the colleagues under your direct supervision.
Our Ideal Candidate
Solid experience in department coordination – minimum 5 years (coordinating an HR department is a major advantage).
Strong knowledge of labor legislation (Labor Code), personnel administration, and payroll.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Utmost integrity and adherence to Ethics and Compliance standards.
English language – advanced level.
Process-improvement mindset and sharp attention to detail.
