Technician, IT

Yanfeng Safety Systems is expanding its team and seeking an IT Specialist to play a key role in supporting production systems and plant operations.

Main responsibilites:

• Administers applications required for production operations and key logistics functions
• Implements new functionalities and improvements to existing systems
• Responsible for ensuring a high level of service to internal users within the plant
• Assists in implementing systems and methods for logging and tracking user issues and support requests
• Implements new traceability tracking systems in production
• Responsible for YFAI company IT policies
• Level of support
• Complies with occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements as defined in work instructions or communicated through training
• Installs, configures, and maintains computers, printers, scanners, network equipment, and other IT infrastructure necessary for uninterrupted process operations
• Maintains technical documentation, records system changes, and prepares periodic reports on activities and identified issues to improve IT processes

Main requirements:

• IV degree of educational qualifications 
• working experience in similar jobs is preferred
