Responsabilities:

  • Prepare and fill monthly/annual tax returns through Tax Authority Web site tools as well as other software, including gathering, analyzing, and compiling tax and accounting data.

  • statutory reports ISSIF and support Dictamen Fiscal.

  • Prepare Deferred Tax provision, MEXGAAP & USGAAP

  • Review foreign payments tax treatment

  • Prepares tax accounts reconciliations and adjusts the general ledger accounting system.

  • Attend internal and external tax audits by gathering requested information and reports.

  • Prepares and reconciles year- end taxes Prepares and reconciles year- end taxes.

  • Provide support to different areas involved in tax matters such as accounting, treasury, accounts payable, legal, HR teams.

  • Support tax projects, such as changes due to Tax reforms, Fixed Assets, etc.

  • Research tax laws and regulations and analyzes findings

  • Promote a continuous improvement environment

  • Excellent technical understanding of the Mexican Tax Laws and Regulations.

  • Support tax projects, such as changes due to Tax reforms, Fixed Assets, Tax Incentives

  • Prepares and reconciles year- end taxes and makes adjustments to the general ledger accounting system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Public Accountant degree.
  • Advanced Level of English Language.
  • Good Microsoft knowledge (Excel).
  • Experience in accounting system software (SAP).
  • Ideally, knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and the use of AI.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and oral communication (EN/SP)
