The Recruitment Process
We’ve designed a rigorous yet rewarding process to find the best fit for both you and our team:
- First Interview – A short conversation with our People & Culture team to get to know you, your background, and your career goals.
- Case Study – A practical assignment where you’ll showcase your expertise, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Interview – A deep dive with the lead, focusing on role-related knowledge, experience, and your approach to challenges.
- Department Lead Interview – A focused discussion with the department’s leadership team to align on expectations, priorities, and how your expertise can drive impact within the team.
- CEO Interview – A one-on-one conversation with our CEO to align on long-term goals, culture, and vision.
- Final Decision – We’ll get back to you within a few days with our decision.
