Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Service Enablement Senior Developer to drive application onboarding and platform adoption across our AWS Central environment.

This role focuses on enabling tenants to onboard and operate their applications efficiently using standardized CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code frameworks, and AWS-native services. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on engineering capability with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for platform enablement and cloud automation.

What you will be responsible for

• Lead and enable application onboarding to AWS Central, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards including CI/CD pipelines, CloudFormation, and Terraform

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AWS service enablement, providing guidance on architecture, deployment patterns, and best practices

• Design and implement reusable, modularized deployment solutions leveraging AWS native services (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, EventBridge)

• Troubleshoot complex runtime and deployment issues, driving root cause analysis and long-term optimization

• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and application teams to enhance automation frameworks and improve delivery efficiency

• Define and maintain standardized onboarding patterns, templates, and guardrails to support scalable adoption

• Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation across the platform

• Produce high-quality technical documentation and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift engineering capabilities across teams

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS or cloud platform engineering within enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in:

• AWS core services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, etc.)
• CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
• Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform)

• Proven experience in platform enablement, application onboarding, and cloud automation frameworks

• Solid troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems and production environments

• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are strongly preferred

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-team stakeholders
