RESIDENCE MANAGER

The Residence Manager supervises all direct care staff ensuring appropriate staffing levels for each shift. This position is also responsible for ensuring all documentation and program procedures are accurately completed. The Residence Manager also implements all agency policies and procedures and creates a safe and nurturing environment for staff and residents.
