Wash Bay Technician

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Wash Bay Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and wash vehicles for protective coating and related services

  • Pay close attention to debris such as road tar and environmental particles

  • Perform washing, claying, and surface preparation with precision

  • Follow instructions, procedures, and processes to maintain service quality

  • Provide great customer service while supporting overall shop operations

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly and accurately

  • Stands out for their attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Demonstrates strong work ethic in fast‑paced environments

  • Is recognized for their ability to follow procedures and maintain consistency

  • Has basic knowledge of vehicle washing and surface preparation

  • Charter of the French language clause to add if needed: (Beginner, intermediate, or advanced) level of English proficiency, as the role involves [list tasks] with [stakeholders] on a [frequency] basis

Work Environment

This position works in a shop setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday. The employee will work with:

  • Power washer hoses and spray guns

  • Wet indoor areas with scrub pads, chemical lines, and spray bottles

Physical Demands

To successfully perform this job, the employee must be able to:

  • Use hands to handle tools, reach, and communicate

  • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently

  • Occasionally sit, climb, or balance

  • Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

  • Maintain strong visual abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus)

  • Stand and/or move most of the day with minimal sitting

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
