Alarm Installation Technician (High-End Resi)

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 / hour

Description

• A dependable, detail-oriented Alarm Technician who takes pride in protecting people and property. You enjoy clean, code-compliant installs, troubleshooting systems in the field, and making sure every system works exactly as it should. You’re professional with clients and take ownership of your work.

• A valid Nevada F Card (required). Experience installing and servicing alarm systems (residential and/or commercial).   Knowledge of intrusion, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• Our Office: 919 Incline Way, Suite 21, Incline Village, NV 89451
  (Job sites vary between Incline Village, Truckee, Reno, and surrounding areas)

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk): Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 4:30pm

Your Contribution to Holm Electric:

• System Installation: Install and program alarm, fire, CCTV, & access control systems
• Service & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues 
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets Nevada state requirements & safety codes
• Testing & Commissioning: System testing, inspections, & client walkthroughs
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, as-builts, and service notes
• Client Experience: Communicate clearly and professionally 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with PMs and other techs
• Quality Control: Deliver clean, organized, and fully functional installations

• Inspection pass rate
• Client satisfaction
