About Bath College
Your key responsibilities:
The Salon Manager will:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Hair & Beauty Academy, including client bookings, staffing of commercial sessions, stock control, and maintenance of equipment and resources.
- Work closely with curriculum staff to ensure the Academy supports high‑quality teaching, learning, assessment, and the delivery of realistic industry practice.
- Provide line management, supervision, and guidance to technicians, reception staff, and students working within the Academy environment.
- Lead on health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards within the commercial salons, ensuring full compliance with college policies and industry regulations.

What you bring:
- Management experience in a busy salon or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and IT skills.
- Confidence working independently while also contributing to a team
- A Level 3 qualification in Beauty and/or Hair, plus managerial experience, or qualifications
