Job Description
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Hillcrest Hospital Claremore in Claremore, Oklahoma. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering strong compensation, a balanced schedule, and the opportunity to work in a community-focused environment with a collegial care team.
Position Highlights:
- Base Salary of $600,000 + 10 Weeks Off
- Compensated Call Structure
- Monday–Friday schedule | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, average 40 hrs/week
- Call schedule: 1 weekday beeper call and 1 (48 hr) weekend call shift per month
- Collaborative care team model with experienced CRNAs and surgical staff
- Broad case mix including Bread and Butter, Gen Surge, Peds Dental and ENT, Ortho, and Podiatry
- Stable practice environment with consistent scheduling and strong leadership support

Qualifications:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- OK licensure or willingness to obtain
