Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.     KOL/Influencer Management

o   Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs/Influencers to amplify campaigns.

o   Develop influencer collaboration plans aligned with brand objectives.

o   Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and performance outcomes.

2.     Marketing Communication Strategy

o   Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans.

o   Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

o   Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine communication strategies.

3.     Content Development

o   Oversee creation of content outlines, campaign messaging, and copywriting.

o   Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

o   Ensure all content is optimized for target platforms (social media, website, PR, etc.).

4.     Coordination with KOLs/Influencers

o   Act as the key liaison between brand and influencers.

o   Oversee campaign briefing, alignment, and execution.

o   Track influencer content and measure ROI.

5.     Collaboration with Performance Marketing Team

o   Work closely with performance marketing to align communication with paid media strategies.

o   Provide content direction to maximize engagement and conversion.

o   Analyze campaign data with the performance team to optimize future communications.
