The Amazon University Talent Aquisition Team (AUTA) is looking for ambitious graduates to join us at the heart of our core consumer business. Amazon Merchant Services covers all third party merchants’ activity related to selling on Amazon as well as the specific services and products we offer to help develop and grow these sellers. As a Program Manager you will have responsibility for the growth of Amazon’s third party merchants across a variety of different product categories and from different countries.
Key job responsibilities
•Facilitating relationships with third party partners and internal customers
•Identifying operational gaps in new offerings and proposing operational requirements for new projects
•Resolving customer impacting issues with technology teams
•Interfacing with business and technical customers, gathering requirements and producing data-driven analysis; partnering with internal teams to support new products or functionality post launch
•Developing metrics for assessing performance and trends
•Conducting dive deeps in all areas of your product responsibilities
•Demonstrating significant annual efficiency improvements

- Experience in program or project management
- Experience developing and tracking team and project-related metrics
- Experience optimizing previously defined processes
- Prior experience working as a process optimization program manager, delivering quantifiable team efficiencies
- Experience leading the design, development and/or implementation of new business processes or programs
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
