About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, multi-stream programs that deliver significant strategic impact across the business. This role will specifically support our Energy Assets technology construction programs, driving the successful delivery of critical initiatives across our operational portfolio.
You’ll be accountable for delivery of the technology stream budget and associated vendor engagements, with responsibility for prioritisation, scope control and key delivery decisions across IT, OT, Asset Intelligence and physical security domains.
Operating at a senior level, you’ll shape direction in evolving environments, establish strong governance, and ensure delivery aligns to organisational priorities. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to provide clarity, manage risk, and ensure benefits are realised across large-scale initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
Lead large, complex programs supporting Energy Assets technology construction initiatives
Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives and operational priorities
Navigate ambiguity and shape delivery direction in evolving environments
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, proactively managing risks and dependencies
Build strong enduring relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting and strategic insights
Own end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to implementation across multiple initiatives
Manage scope, timelines, budgets and interdependencies across programs
Track performance against agreed baselines and take action to address any deviations
Develop and mentor less experienced project managers
What you’ll bring
Experience delivering complex IT/OT integrated infrastructure programs, ideally within energy, utilities or asset-heavy industries
Experience working in or with industrial or operational sites, with an understanding of safety, stakeholder complexity and delivery constraints
Strong understanding of control systems, enterprise IT and integration, with exposure to data platforms (e.g. historian/PI) and asset intelligence environments
Experience with physical security platforms (e.g. CCTV, access control) in industrial or critical infrastructure settings
Proven ability to manage vendors and construction-driven delivery environments, coordinating across multiple delivery partners
Strong stakeholder management across technology, engineering and operations, driving alignment across diverse groups
Expertise across Agile and Waterfall delivery, with the ability to tailor approaches
Demonstrated leadership in resolving ambiguity, defining scope and driving delivery outcomes
We’d love to see your applications by Wednesday 15th July 2026.
