1. Hydraulic system commissioning, trouble shooting, in India / outside India
2. Customer complaint handling
3. Increasing field service network (Direct / Indirect)
4. Field service management
5. KPI tracking and timely completion.
6. Responsible for Quality, safety and 5S related improvements in field service activities.
7. Internal & external audit handling for field service operation.

Essential Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. tech (Mechanical, Mechatronics)

Preferred Educational Qualification: B. Tech (Mechatronics)

No. of years of Experience required: 5-10 Yrs

Strong technical know-how of hydraulic system
commissioning, trouble shooting, customer
complaint handling. Know-how of M.S Office and
other soft skills. Good communication skills.
