Overview

The Highlands is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team

In this role, you will oversee guest service team members in areas such as service attendants, pool attendants, shuttle, ski valet, and snow removal

You’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences, keep your team informed about resort activities, and collaborate closely with other departments.
