Crittenton Children's Center is seeking a Lead for Foster Care Case Management!

Provide direct support and assistance to the Manager of Foster Care

• The Lead position provides direct support to frontline FCCM’s and assigned Managers; carries a caseload of approximately 8-12 youth.  

• Full-time: 40 hours per week and expected to handle any crisis or after hours calls or disruptions.

• Provide case management supervision support as directed by the Foster Care Manager

• Provide case management for a reduced case load of children as assigned

• Provide support and leadership during FST and PPRT meetings when needed

• Facilitate new case manager training and for newly hired Case Management Staff including on the job training

• Distribute and review monthly reports to case management staff

• Monitoring of informed consent compliance and documentation and reporting out to Manager monthly

• Complete assessments for all newly referred cases

• Monitor and audit monthly Worker with Child Visits and Worker with Parent visits

• Provide backup case management as needed for vacations/leave as assigned by the Foster Care Manager

• Attend court hearings as needed to provide support for newly hired case managers

• Monitor quality of case note entry providing education to case mangers as needed
