Shift Supervisor

Winpak Films is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team based out of Senoia, GA.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role provides direct supervision, training, and development of hourly production employees while driving continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production expectations.
