Who You Are:
HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Finance Analytics Manager to join our growing FP&A team. This highly visible, hands-on role will serve as the analytical engine behind HighLevel's product financial strategy — translating product and usage data into insights to better understand product performance and enhance our modeling and forecasting methodology.
You will architect and own product finance analytics, which includes product forecasting across numerous products, partnering with our CPO, CTO, etc. to combine product strategy with drivers of our forecasts, tracking plan vs. actuals, and identifying root causes of variances. You’ll partner closely with executive leaders across Product, Technology, Data, and Finance, and will connect product strategy with financial outcomes by identifying key drivers of growth, monetization, retention, and profitability.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is equal parts technical and financial, thrives in a data-rich SaaS environment, and is energized by digging deep into data to understand the “why” behind trends. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, can independently define solutions to complex business problems, and is recognized as a trusted advisor who influences decisions across the organization.
