Are you ready to take end-to-end commercial ownership of Starbucks Ready-to-Drink in Poland and help shape the next phase of growth for one of the world’s most recognized brands?
“You will join a dedicated sales and marketing set-up working across Poland and Denmark, where you will play a key role in driving the Starbucks RTD business forward. How you will make an impact
This role sits in the Milk Based Beverages organization and reports to the Commercial Director International based in Aarhus. As Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial agenda for Starbucks RTD in Poland, translating global brand direction into strong local execution and business results. You will work across functions and markets to ensure commercial focus, executional excellence, and sustainable growth.
- Own and drive the end-to-end commercial agenda for Starbucks RTD in Poland
- Develop and execute annual marketing and sales plans based on local consumers, shoppers, customer, and channel insights
- Lead budget planning and support profitable growth through selected net revenue management and commercial efficiency initiatives
- Ensure alignment between global brand strategy and local market activation, including campaign execution and performance follow-up
- Act as a sparring partner to the General Manager Poland and key stakeholders on business performance, risks, and opportunities
What will make you successful
We are looking for a candidate with several years of commercial experience across sales and marketing, ideally gained within beverages, impulse categories, or another fast-moving consumer goods environment. You know how to translate commercial strategy into strong execution and measurable results, and you are comfortable working with both local and international stakeholders.
- Several years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally from beverages, impulse categories, or FMCG
- Experience of roles such as Key Account Manager, Category Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or Marketing Manager
- Strong understanding of how to work effectively in a matrix organization and balance local execution with global direction
- Fluency in both English and Polish, spoken and written
- Experience in an international beverage business will be an advantage
