What Will You Do?
As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation.
- Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences.
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism.
- Learning and adhering to RBC’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-Have:
- Educated to A-level or equivalent
A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy. - A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Highly organised and confident managing your workload and deadlines independently.
- A proactive approach, a flexible mindset and a genuine team spirit.
- Clear, confident communication, whether you're writing it down or talking in through.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with financial services or administrative roles (no prior experience required—we’ll train you!).
