Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) position assesses and treats individuals with mental, emotional or substance abuse issues. Duties include individual and/or group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, client advocacy, prevention and education. The position consults with physicians and other clinic staff to provide solution-focused care. The position coordinates and connects patients and clients to appropriate social services to meet the physical, financial, social and/or environmental needs of patients and their families as needed. Duties may also include supervision on Peer Support Specialist or License Counseling Candidates
