Manager, Software Engineering - IntelliScript (Remote)

In this role, you will manage a team of software engineers while serving as the technology lead for a cross-functional Scrum team that includes quality engineers, product owners, architects, and a Scrum Master. You will balance people leadership and hands-on technical skills to ensure your team delivers high-quality software, supports it in production, and continuously improves how we build and operate our systems. You will partner closely with Product Management and operate effectively within a SAFe Agile environment. As IntelliScript expands its use of GenAI in the software development lifecycle, you will help your team adopt AI-assisted development practices to responsibly improve productivity and quality while maintaining strong engineering standards, security, and compliance.
