- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, launch schedules, action item trackers, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate activities between Engineering, Tooling, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Production teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Drive accountability across functional teams to meet project milestones and customer commitments.
- Facilitate internal project meetings, launch reviews, and status updates with leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, resource constraints, and launch readiness; escalate issues proactively when necessary.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness including process development, tooling, equipment, documentation, capacity planning, and training activities.
- Support APQP, PPAP, validation, and customer launch requirements as applicable.
- Track project timing, costs, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate engineering changes, timeline adjustments, and launch modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution, launch processes, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing communications when required.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, product launch, engineering, or operations leadership roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and new product introduction workflows.
- Experience working with automotive, industrial, or customer-driven launch environments preferred.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
