Support Agreement Analyst / Program Management Specialist- Mid This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance to start (TS) The Program Management Specialist supports the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) by managing the development, coordination, and tracking of Army Support Agreements in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role ensures agreements are accurate, compliant with fiscal law and Army policy, and executed within required timelines. The specialist works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate approvals, maintain audit readiness, and support organizational processes related to reimbursable agreements. This position requires strong attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
