Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzbestimmungen sowie Meldung und Mitwirkung bei der Behebung von Sicherheitsmängeln
- Unterstützung bei Audits (z. B. SAM) und Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Überwachung und Kontrolle von Anlagen und Betriebseinrichtungen (u. a. Tanklager, Abwasseraufbereitung, UF-Anlage)
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produktionsansätzen sowie Bedienung, Wartung und Reinigung der Anlagen
- Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Produktionsprozessen und Messwerten gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben
- Annahme, Prüfung, Einlagerung und Kommissionierung von Rohstoffen und Waren sowie Versand und Entsorgung von Abfällen. Die Anlieferung der Rohstoffe erfolgt per LKW, TKW sowie Eisenbahnkesselwagen.
- Umweltgerechte Abfallbehandlung inkl. Dokumentation und Reststoffverwertung
- Probenahme und Durchführung von Analysen
- Nutzung relevanter IT-Systeme (z. B. SAP, PLS, Batch-Controller)
- Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen in der Abteilung
ANFORDERUNGEN:
- Chemikant, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich der chemischen Industrie
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Transport, Lagerung von Gefahrstoffen und Gefahrgut Fahrerlaubnis für Flurförderzeuge
