PRN Technologist

Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is seeking registered MRI Technologists and CT Technologists in Brunswick, GA. This PRN position requires schedule flexibility to provide coverage Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM. Location: 1103 Fountain Lake Dr, Brunswick, GA 31525 Schedule: PRN / schedule flexibility for coverage weekdays 7AM-3PM or 2PM-8PM     Qualifications/Requirements - MRI Technologist: Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology. Advanced registry in MRI or CT  Experience working in a MRI Technologist position Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of anatomy CPR Certification is required IV Skills required     Qualifications/Requirements - CT Technologist: Graduate of approved program for Radiological Technology  ARRT and CT Registry required  Current BLS/CPR training  CT scanner operation and training   CT anatomy and knowledge of medical terminology   Knowledge of operation system of CT scanner, RIS and PACS   Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use   Organized, detail oriented, observant   Calm and effective communicator   Helpful, patient and sympathetic     Desired Skills: Customer service skills Time Management/Organized Extrovert Patience Versatility to juggle multiple tasks Physical Demands of the Position: Lifting/moving patients, positioning the patients Assisting patients on and off table and into a wheelchair, when required Sitting 50% of shift, standing 10% of shift and walking 40% of shift Working Conditions: Daily patient contact
