The Electronic Technician 3 is responsible for performing all maintenance on equipment, supervising and mentoring lower-level electronic technicians, and managing associated paperwork and computer processes. This position requires advanced technical skills and the ability to guide and coach team members. Skills are typically acquired through competency training and on-the-job experience.
