Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute content calendars
- Spot social trends and develop content ideas with viral potential
- Assist in conducting trend research and creating engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s messaging across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and the website
- Head community management on TikTok, including responding to comments and DMs
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative briefs, copywriting (for social media posts, ads, and emails), and the monthly content calendar.
- Generate leads for partnerships and collaboration opportunities (i.e., KOLs, UGC creators, and brands).
- Leverage AI tools to ideate content concepts, draft copy, and enhance creative workflows
- Support other ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, but not mandatory
- Experienced with at least two social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook)
- Skilled in photo and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
- Comfortable and confident being in front of the camera for content creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, Strong command of English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support content on Xiao Hong Shu
- A natural passion and enthusiasm for fashion and social media
- Relevant internship or freelance experience in marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus
- Able to commit to full-time work for at least 6 months is a plus
