Senior Property Manager

The Senior Property Manager plays a pivotal role in both the operational and financial health of the portfolio, ensuring it is well-maintained and effectively run, while also enhancing the customer experience through creative programming, community building, and strategic local partnerships, making the space not only functional but also a preferred destination. This position embodies dual responsibility, essential for achieving operational excellence and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere across our properties. This position is responsible for the overall operation and financial success of a property or group of properties consisting of approximately 1.5M square feet of full-service office space in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
