Trimble is looking for a passionate Survey Application QA Engineer to lead feature validation and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver state-of-the-art office solutions from our Colorado campus.

In this role, you will serve as the definitive subject matter expert bridging the gap between field reality and software development, directly influencing the user experience for geospatial professionals worldwide and driving the quality of industry-leading Trimble products.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
• Translate complex user workflows into functional software designs and optimal user experiences.
• Define innovative testing strategies and design comprehensive test cases for cutting-edge developments.
• Spearhead external Beta user engagement to capture early feedback and integrate real-world insights.
• Champion Agile development methodologies in tight collaboration with global, distributed engineering teams.
• Creatively challenge traditional QA methods to identify, log, and verify application defects, ensuring elite product quality.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline, or an equivalent mix of relevant education and experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Geomatics, Surveying, or Construction software applications.
• In-depth, practical understanding of Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, and Geospatial workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills coupled with a highly-motivated, autonomous drive.
Bonus Points For:
• Practical knowledge of AutoDesk, ESRI, or Trimble Geospatial products.
• Strong background or experience in exploratory testing of software applications.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
