Today, we are looking for a National Field Supervisor who will take charge of facilitating and assist with and coaching high-performing field teams across Tunisia.

Your ‘day to day:

• Agency Governance & Compliance Advisory: Advise on third-party agency management, including governance structures, budget control mechanisms, and compliance protocols. Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal marketing codes through robust audit and monitoring systems.
• Data Intelligence & Field Tool Optimization: Consult on the implementation and enhancement of data systems and digital tools. Provide analytical models and reporting frameworks that enable route optimization, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Field Force & Performance Enablement: Supporting developing field force that align with business goals. Deliver structured coaching programs, performance management systems, and operational playbooks.

Who we’re looking for: 

• Graduate in Commercial, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in field operations, sales execution or retail management.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Proficiency in data tools and performance tracking.
• Experience in FMCG or retail sectors preferred.
• Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).

Philip Morris International (PMI) is a leading international tobacco company working to deliver a smoke-free future and evolving its portfolio for the long term to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector. The company’s current product portfolio primarily consists of cigarettes and smoke-free products.
