
Virtual Assistant – Home Care Scheduling & Recruiting
Job Description
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and experienced in caregiver scheduling and recruiting within the home care industry.
Pay: $7/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
(Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Remote Position
Responsibilities
- Caregiver scheduling and shift coordination
- Recruiting caregivers/CNAs
- Calling applicants and conducting initial screenings
- Following up on call-outs and open shifts
- Maintaining communication with caregivers and office staff
- Assisting with administrative office tasks
- Updating client and caregiver information in software systems
Requirements
- Prior experience working for a home care agency, home health agency, or healthcare staffing company
- Experience with caregiver scheduling and/or recruiting
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet and computer setup
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette
- Dependable and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WellSky Personal Care is a major plus
- Experience handling caregiver call-offs and staffing coordination
- Healthcare staffing background preferred
