Driver-PACE (Riverside)

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of seniors in our community. As a PACE Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring participants receive safe, timely transportation to and from medical appointments and activities. You’ll also serve as a key communicator, sharing important observations with our multidisciplinary care team to support each participant’s personalized care plan. Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:45am-3:45pm(1 hour lunch)
