Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a minimum of six years of experience to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving measurable results. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  2. Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
    • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  3. Brand Development:

    • Enhance brand visibility and consistency across all channels.
    • Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Vendor and Budget Management:

    • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
    • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
