
Process & Governance Manager
Job Description
The IT Process & Governance Manager effectively governs technology processes, maximizing efficiency and automation while reducing waste and managing risk. This position will partner closely with program managers and key stakeholders across the organization to provide leadership in the management of PMO activities and processes associated with intake, project feasibility assessment, detailed project planning and scheduling, solution operationalization and project closure. The primary focus is on ensuring adherence to defined PMO processes, standard operating procedures, and data integrity in the single system of record for standard project deliverables, documentation library, gating, risks, issues, decision, action items, and change request (RIDAC) management, and status reporting.
