E-commerce Intern

工作概述

该职位将作为团队的支持角色，协助完成数据整理汇总、费用申请流程、侵权监测、旗舰店运营等工作，同时参与多样的电商运营、协同任务以及渠道运营工作。通过系统性学习，支持电商、渠道运营工作。

主要的工作职责

1. 数据整理与核对
   1. 整理销售数据、市场数据分析等，助力运营决策分析；协助推广费用分析与指数店铺分析；
2. 财务与合同协作：
   1. 对接财务部门，完成自营店铺订单开票、账单核对等；
   2. 协助电商团队完成市场费用合同的修订、流程跟进及台账管理；
3. 侵权店铺监测：
   1. 定期抽查电商平台（如淘宝、拼多多），整理侵权店铺信息并反馈；
   2. 协助团队处理知识产权投诉的材料准备；
4. 电商运营支持：
   1. 协助自营店铺日常运营，包括商品素材、活动素材准备维护等；
5. 其他工作：
   1. 支持渠道运营数据整理、分析、沟通工作；
   2. 协助团队完成临时性项目。

要求

1. 全日制本科/硕士在读，专业不限，市场营销、电子商务专业优先；
2. 每周能够保证3-4天到岗工作，连续实习3个月以上；
3. 熟练使用Office，数据分析能力强；
4. 工作积极主动，细心，有责任心，能高效处理重复性工作。具备基础沟通协调能力，适应多线程任务处理。
