Food Services Cook- Pelham Medical Center

Position Summary

Responsible for food and order preparation, along with the production of all food items. Must be able to cook and prepare all food orders, following standard practices and procedures set up for patient room service and the Dogwood Café.

Core Job Responsibilities 

• Oversees cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and caf - area.
• Responsible for closing duties in kitchen and café.
• Responsible for some dish duties.
• Prep and prepare all food item to standard recipes and menus.

• Must be able to concentrate on tasks that require accuracy in a busy and noisy environment.
• Must be able to work as a member of a team with different personalities.
• Must be able to communicate well with customers and cope with demands of customers calmly.
