We are seeking an experienced Senior CX Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a client-facing consulting role spanning CX strategy, assessments, qualitative research, behaviour change, digital adoption, and process improvement; delivered across government, enterprise, and regulated industry clients.Drive meaningful change. We're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Experience Consultant to join our CX Consulting practice on an exciting 10-week contract, commencing 13 July through to 18 September 2026.
This is an immediate opportunity, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring their consulting expertise to a high-profile government transformation project.
It's not your traditional consulting engagement. You'll partner with a government client to help transform how frontline teams engage with customers, improve digital adoption, and shape services that make a real difference to the lives of Australians.

What you'll be doing
You'll lead a high-profile government engagement, including:
- Designing and leading qualitative research, stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Uncovering customer and frontline insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Developing behaviour change and digital adoption strategies.
- Creating frameworks, toolkits and recommendations that improve customer and employee experiences.
- Facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Applying human-centred design and service improvement methodologies to solve real-world problems.
You'll also become part of our broader CX Consulting team, working alongside experienced consultants who help organisations improve customer experiences across government, enterprise and regulated industries.
What we're looking for
You'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in CX consulting, service design, human-centred design or a similar advisory role.
- Strong qualitative research and discovery experience.
- Experience delivering digital adoption, organisational change or behaviour change programs.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, facilitation and consulting skills.
- The ability to turn complex research into practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and executive influencing skills.
Experience working within government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
